Felinocracy

This was a little experiment for a writing group, which unexpectedly turned into a cat story.

The task was to write a story using the following words:

The title for this story might have been "Welcome to my world." 😜

Human
Cat

(Human is eating a ham sandwich, when a phone rings. Human answers the call.)

Cat: Food. Mine. Drop!

Human: Sh-h-h. I’m having a conversation here.

Cat: Food! Together!

Human: You ate 30 minutes ago. Now shut up and let me talk.

(Human wraps up the conversation and goes to the bathroom. Cat looks beneath the door.)

Cat: Human... Human...

Human: May I have some privacy for just 5 minutes, please?

Cat: Starving! Starving!

Human: No, you’re not. You can wait.

Cat: Human! Emergency!

(Human goes out and desperately feeds the cat.)

Cat: Food. Yammy. (Looks at the human with contempt). Fool!
